2.⁠ ⁠Return and Refund Eligibility

 

Services

Refunds for services rendered (e.g., TV mounting, sound system installations, light fittings, security camera setup) are eligible only if:

The issue is directly related to the quality or execution of the service.

The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of service completion.

Attempts to resolve the issue through follow-up service have been unsuccessful.

 

Products

Products purchased from us (e.g., mounts, cables, accessories) may be returned under the following conditions:

The return is initiated within 14 calendar days of purchase.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

 

Exclusions:

Customized or special-order products are non-returnable.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation by the customer, or accidents are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Approval Process:

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide further instructions.

For services, we may schedule a follow-up visit to address concerns before processing a refund.

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Process

Services: Approved refunds for services will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Products: Refunds for eligible returned products will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the product in acceptable condition.

Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For product returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return the original item per this policy and place a new order.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Fees and Costs

A restocking fee of 10% may apply to product returns, deducted from the refund amount.

If a technician visit is required to address a service issue, and the issue is found to be unrelated to our workmanship, a $50 service fee will apply.

Labor fees for completed services are non-refundable unless the quality issue is validated.

Products damaged after purchase or altered in any way.

Unauthorized returns without a valid RAN.
